We never use aversive tools such as shock collars, pinch collars, choke chains, or physical corrections. Our approach focuses on building trust, improving communication, and creating lasting behaviour change. Personalized Private Dog Training We offer private dog training sessions in Kelowna for dogs of all ages experiencing behavioural challenges. Whether you have a new puppy or an older dog, our customized training plans are designed to meet your dog’s unique needs. Dog Behaviour Assessment & Safety First Dogs displaying aggression, anxiety, fear, or high stress levels will be carefully evaluated during an initial consultation. The safety of both the trainer and your dog is our top priority. Training will only proceed once it is determined that it is safe and appropriate to do so.
Cancellation Policy
Trainer agrees to provide training services to Client, while Client agrees to provide remuneration for training services and adhere to all training guidelines as per the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. Trainer agrees to provide puppy training, basic manners and behaviour-modification information and training: -Client understands that learning cues could take weeks, and that unwanted behaviour resolutions may take much longer. As such, the weekly sessions may continue until the problem behaviours are resolved to best of the Trainer’s ability. -Client agrees to follow all Trainer instructions and recommendations, which may include veterinary health checks, nutrition suggestions, product purchases, and daily homework for basic training cues and behaviour modification exercises and/or practices. -Trainer makes no guarantees of your dog's cue performance or behaviour as a result of the training sessions. Payment: Client agrees to pay rates as agreed to by Trainer for services provided. For Canadian Clients - Payments by e-transfer to info@muttsden.com (preferred), cash or cheque credit card (processing fees extra). For US & International Clients - Payments by e-transfer to info@muttsden.com (preferred), or credit card (processing fees extra). All fees are nonrefundable. Cancellations: If Client fails to give at least 24-hour cancellation notice, or fails to appear for the scheduled appointment, the training fees will still be owed. Liability Limitations: If your dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any animal or person, during or after training sessions, Trainer is not liable for any resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, or any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. If your dog is injured during or after training sessions, Trainer is not liable of any resulting injuries, losses of, damages, costs or expenses. Termination of Agreement: With reasonable cause, either Trainer or Client may terminate this Agreement, effective immediately upon the receipt of written notice. Reasonable cause includes: Material violation of this Agreement. Any act exposing the other party to liability to others for personal injury or property damage, financial distress, such as loss of income or bankruptcy. Miscellaneous: This Agreement is understood by and between Trainer and Client, and in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
