We offer a FREE Initial Consultation to discuss your dog’s behaviour, training goals, and the specific needs of both you and your dog. Consultations can be done in person or by phone before any training sessions begin. After the first session, a personalized training plan is created so you and your dog can continue practicing at home. Our training focuses on positive reinforcement only. We never use aversive tools such as shock collars, prong collars, choke chains, or physical corrections. The first few months of your puppy's life are the most important for shaping confidence, behaviour, and lifelong habits. Our Puppy Success Program includes six personalized, training sessions designed to help your puppy become a calm, confident, and well-mannered companion. Training is tailored to your puppy's individual needs and can be conducted in person or online via Zoom, giving you the flexibility to learn wherever you are. Training may include: House & potty training Puppy biting & teething Jumping Excessive barking Loose-leash walking Crate & X-Pen training Resource guarding prevention Basic obedience (Sit, Down, Wait, Recall) Socialization & confidence building You'll also receive practical coaching and easy-to-follow strategies to help reinforce your puppy's learning between sessions, giving you the confidence to continue training at home. 100% Personalized Training Every puppy learns differently. That's why each program is customized to your puppy's temperament, developmental stage, and your family's goals. Whether you're starting with a brand-new puppy or working through common puppy challenges, we'll create a training plan that sets both of you up for long-term success. Force-Free & Positive Reinforcement We use only force-free, positive reinforcement training methods to build trust, strengthen communication, and create lasting behavioural change. When needed, we also incorporate proven behaviour modification techniques, including redirection, counter-conditioning, and desensitization. An Initial Consultation with our Certified Dog Trainer is required before enrolling. These sessions are available for dogs of all ages, anywhere in the world, making professional guidance accessible no matter where you are. No matter what behaviour challenges your dog is showing, there are always positive, effective solutions to help them make better choices. Force-Free & Positive Reinforcement Training We use force-free dog training and positive reinforcement methods in every session. This approach focuses on building trust, improving communication, and creating lasting behavioural change—without the use of aversive tools. Whether your dog struggles with fear, anxiety, overexcitement, leash pulling, jumping, reactivity, or simply needs a stronger foundation in manners, we'll create a customized training plan designed to help them succeed. Our goal is to build confidence, improve behaviour, and teach practical life skills that make everyday living easier for both dogs and their families. Training may include: Sit, Down, Wait & Heel Loose-leash walking Recall foundations Calm greetings Confidence building Socialization & environmental exposure Behaviour modification Impulse control & settling At the end of the program, you'll receive a personalized Treatment & Training Plan outlining your dog's progress, the skills they've learned, and clear guidance to help you continue their training at home. Some dogs simply need more time, patience and positive experiences to feel comfortable in the world around them. Our **Confidence Success Sessions** provide an affordable, low-pressure environment for dogs who struggle with new places, unfamiliar people, separation from their owners, overstimulation or simply settling outside of home. Under the guidance of a Certified Dog Trainer, each session moves **at your dog’s individual pace**, using carefully supported exposure, enrichment and gentle play to help them feel safer, more confident and better able to cope with everyday experiences.
